I seem to have conveniently forgotten the horrific memories that Rupert gave me as a child.
But, if Ashley, Mom and Dad, and other family members can attest to what you're looking for, I apparently was scared whenever I saw him, was chased often by him while being towed by the electric boat, and absolutely did not like him.
Get some help. Your ill-founded paranoia is showing. Most of the Newport community loved having Rupert around. He was no more dangerous than any other wild animal, or for that matter, child.
